Octoten
Solo Developer
Octoten is an AI-powered after-call automation platform I built for JTC's contact-centre operations. Instead of having agents relisten to recordings, write summaries, classify cases, and key everything into the CRM manually, the platform handles that flow automatically on a scheduled basis. It retrieves recordings, transcribes them, identifies the case type, generates the summary, and follow-up actions, then creates the case in Salesforce or CiviCRM.
Reduced after-call workload at JTC's contact centre and increased agent call-handling capacity by 30%.
